Whether it's alcohol or cola being served, if the conversation keeps him engaged, he imbibes..."<br /><br />He's got a socializing problem?<br /><br />A call placed to the Old Globe Saloon looking for Marv at 10 a.m. this morning didn't turn anything up. "I was told this was his office," I said.<br />"Well," chuckled the guy who answered. "It's one of them."<br /><br />I then called the mayor's office (775) 887-2100 and asked for Marv, thinking maybe he was sleeping one off on his office couch."This is a personal problem," said the dour lady who answered the phone. "Personal problem?" There's a 72-year-old lush driving drunk and speeding on our streets. But, yeah, that's <em>his </em>problem.
